Hello! Thank you for your enquiry. I am a Registered Inspector for MBIS and I will carry out the inspection personally.

(The professional fee scale depending on the size and number of balconies in your flat)  I require full payment upon inspection.   The fee already included inspection fee, report fee, certification fee and submission to BD.  If there are required repairs, you may arrange your own repairs by registered contractor yourself and there is no additional fee for one-off re-inspection.

I may refer a reliable contractor for your too, if necessary.
